About the Sweetie 16 palette
Created by the artist GrafxKid, Sweetie 16 is the default palette of the TIC-80 fantasy console and one of the most downloaded palettes on Lospec.
It is built as ramps: a warm ramp (dark purple → red → orange → yellow), a green ramp, a blue ramp and a cool grey ramp, all sharing the same deep navy for shadows.
Its darkest colour is a blue-black rather than pure black, which keeps outlines soft and the overall image cohesive.
Draw with it now in the pixel art editor, or convert a picture to these colours.
