PixelMint is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our pixel art creation tool.

Data We Collect

PixelMint operates on a privacy-first principle:

• Local Storage Only: All your pixel art projects, custom palettes, and settings are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. We do not store your artwork on our servers.
• Analytics: We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand website usage patterns (page views, referrers). This data is anonymized and does not track individual users.
• No Account Required: We do not collect personal information, email addresses, or require user registration.

How We Use Data

- Your artwork stays in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly share it
- Analytics data helps us improve the tool and understand which features are most used
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

Sharing Features

When you use the share feature (coming soon), your artwork will be temporarily stored on our servers to generate a shareable link. Shared links expire after 90 days and can be deleted by you at any time.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete your projects at any time from the gallery
• Clear all local storage from your browser settings
• Export your artwork as files for backup
