PixelMint has no accounts and no database. Here is exactly what happens with your data.

Your drawings stay in your browser

The editor autosaves your current project in your browser’s localStorage on this device, so it is still there when you come back. The AI generator also keeps your last four generated images there. None of this is sent to us. Images you open in the converters, pixelator, grid and sprite sheet tools are processed locally and never uploaded.

Optional AI features

Three features use AI and only run when you click their button: the idea generator (sends your theme, size and level), the AI feedback tab in the editor (sends a PNG of the current frame and your optional note) and the AI pixel art generator (sends your description). These requests go through Vercel AI Gateway to the model provider (OpenAI for text, Recraft for images) to produce a response. PixelMint does not store the content. A temporary, in-memory rate limit keyed to your IP address prevents abuse and is discarded automatically.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookie-free and does not build a profile of you.
